Ms. Stratman brings 12 years of professional experience to Countrywide Financial Corporation, a consulting firm that specializes in home loans. As home loan consultant, she works with the Federal Housing Administration on behalf of first-time homebuyers, prepares paperwork, and processes programs. Ms. Stratman became involved in her profession because she was always interested in home loan consulting, having worked previously as a processor.

Currently Ms. Stratman is the president of the Women's Council of Homebuilders. She is affiliated with the Women's Council of Realtors. Honored with an Emerging Leader Award in 2006, she attributes her success to her love for her profession. In her spare time, she volunteers with her local church and various charitable organizations. She aspires to rise to the position of branch manager, from which position she believes she will be better able to build solid working relationships with clients.
