National Investment Banking Assoc. Conference Hosts Entrex CEO Stephen H. Watkins to Discuss New Funding Tool

Watkins, founder and CEO of Chicago-based Entrex, will discuss a proprietary new investment tool at the National Investment Banking Association (NIBA) conference, Sept. 25-26 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel here in Chicago.

He will present Entrex's new TIGRcub security (Top-Line Income Generation Rights Certificates), a hybrid—neither equity nor debt—capital solution for efficient funding of $5-250 million growth-oriented private companies.

TIGRcubs are a novel investment tool created by Entrex that provides for regular income distributions to Investors and features a zero percent equity dilution benefit to Issuers.

During a breakout session at the conference, "TIGRcubs : New Commission Opportunities From Main Street Investors and Issuers," Watkins will discuss the TIGRcubs concept, educate NIBA members about the benefits of this new securities structure, and characterize the $1.2 billion in funds forming to invest in TIGRcub securities.
