With 29 years of professional experience, Ms. Rogers specializes in full branch operations, including: performance management, coaching, training and building long-lasting consumer and business banking relationships. As a vice president of Regions Bank, she takes responsibility for directing sales and service associates in achieving corporate goals, enhancing productivity and ensuring customer satisfaction. In 1981, one of her school instructors advised her to pursue a career in finance, and she attributes her present success to her ability to build productive work teams.

Ms. Rogers obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University and then gained experience working for various financial institutions. Beginning her career in the industry with the University of Wisconsin Credit Union, Ms. Rogers has also worked for State Central Credit Union, First Bank Systems and SunTrust Bank. Her goal is to ensure that branch banking operations are streamlined before she retires.
