Southeast Mortgage Opens New Fayetteville, Georgia Mortgage Branch, Hires Arnold Martin as Regional Branch Manager
Arnold Martin, former owner of Absolute Lending & Mortgage, hired on as regional branch manager to run newly opened Fayetteville, Ga., branch

ATLANTA, GA, April 16, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Southeast Mortgage, a full service Georgia mortgage lender and one of the largest non-bank lenders in the Southeast, opened a new office in Fayetteville, Ga., and named Arnold Martin as regional branch manager as of Dec. 1.

The opening of this branch will be the eighth Southeast Mortgage location in Georgia.

Martin, a mortgage industry veteran of nearly 20 years, will run the new branch located at 101 Devant Street in Fayetteville, Ga. Martin formerly owned Absolute Lending & Mortgage, and he was also a loan officer for Sunshine Mortgage in Smyrna, Ga.

Martin attended Morehouse College and received a degree in real estate finance. Martin also served as chairman of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia's Affordable Housing and Fair Lending Committee.
